Employee Rights and Responsibilities

As a Cal State Monterey Bay employee, you will need to take specific training based on your role. Certain courses are required for all ÌÇÐÄTV¹ÙÍø employees. Please refer to the chart and additional resources below.

Employees designated to accept complaints​ of unlawful discrimination.

Employees or volunteers whose duties require direct contact with and supervision of minors in the performance of the minors' duties in the workplace. Administrators, employees, and regular volunteers whose duties require direct contact with, or supervision of, children may also be required to complete Mandated Reporter training.		 One time for required position categories (see EO 1083) and strongly encouraged for all others 45 minutes ​ÌÇÐÄTV¹ÙÍø-CURRIC-MNDR

Additional Resources

Your position may require you to interact with hazardous chemicals and equipment. Your supervisor is responsible for providing you with the appropriate training based on your role.
