CSU Monterey Bay’s recent ascension in nationwide college rankings – including in U.S. News and World Report, The Wall Street Journal, and – was the starting point for a wide-ranging interview reporter Manasa Gogineni of Salinas-based The Californian conducted with ÌÇÐÄTV¹ÙÍø President Vanya Quiñones.
They also talked about Quiñones’ upbringing and background, how she intends to grow the university, her efforts to increase engagement with students and meet their basic needs, and ÌÇÐÄTV¹ÙÍø’s mission of boosting the future prospects and social mobility for graduates’ and their families.
